Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TowelsOn grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes related to managing hotel and amenity reservations. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, or exploit the Service in any unauthorized manner.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service, interfere with any other party's use of the Service, or violate the intellectual property rights of TowelsOn or others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not exceed the scope of the license granted to you under these Terms. Any misuse of the Service, including attempts to interfere with its normal functioning or breach its security, may result in termination of your access to the Service.

You are solely responsible for all content and data entered into the Service, including reservation details, and for ensuring it does not violate any laws or the rights of others. While we make reasonable efforts to back up data, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining copies of any essential information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in a transparent and secure manner. This section outlines our practices for collecting, using, and protecting your data.

• Personal Data Collected: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide while subscribing to or using the Service.
• Purpose of Data Collection: Your personal data is collected to provide and improve the Service, manage your account, and communicate with you.
• Legal Basis: Our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, the performance of a contract, or compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.

• Marketing Communications: By creating an account, you consent to receiving transactional and promotional communications from us. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with fees outlined in your subscription plan. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you access the Service under a separate pilot agreement, the pilot period and any pilot-specific terms are governed by that agreement, and the payment terms in this Section 5 apply starting with your first paid subscription period after the pilot ends. TowelsOn reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; any changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Please also see Section 6 (Modifications to the Service) regarding changes to the Service and pricing.

In the event of a late payment, TowelsOn reserves the right to suspend your access to the Service until payment is received. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations in advance. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. While we strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in writing, any data you have stored within the Service may be deleted or become inaccessible 30 days after termination.

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service, and any remaining subscription fees will not be refunded, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TowelsOn and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; or (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki.

Our Service may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analyze website traffic. By using the Service, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following prohibited activities:

• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal content.
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system or network.
• Overloading, flooding, or otherwise attacking the Service.
• Using the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
